The Józsefváros Municipality and Józsefváros Management Centre (JGK Zrt.) are organizing a free flower distribution in 2026 to help residents make their homes and surroundings greener and more vibrant.
📅 Dates:
- 5th June 2026, (Friday) – between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- 6th June 2026 (Saturday) – between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM
📍 Location: Dankó Udvar (18 Dankó utca)
As part of the program, 30,000 seedlings will be distributed. This year, residents can choose from two types of packages:
🌿 “A” package: annual flowers
🌱 “B” package: perennials and herbs
Each package contains 5 seedlings.
Each person may choose only one type of package, and no prior registration is required. Plants will be distributed while supplies last. If one type of package runs out, only the other type will be available.
✅ Eligibility: presentation of a valid address card is required.
Only residents with a registered address or place of residence in Józsefváros are eligible for the free plant package.
A total of 6,000 packages are available.
